This Design and Build project involves the construction of a 5‐storey Student Accommodation Facility constructed over ground with circa 900m² Science & Technology areas.
The refurbishment and retrofit of the existing social housing complex including the addition of two new floors of accommodation over the existing building, the total area of the completed development will be c.8550sq.m over 6 floors, providing a total of 80 number apartments with associated balconies.
The proposed development is to take place in Bridge Street, Swords and consists of a five storey 161 bed space nursing home development over a basement car-park. There is a proposed café on the fifth floor.
